Assisted Living Pricing
Monthly rate includes residence, three (3) meals daily, scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping, weekly linen service and personal laundry, all utilities (excluding telephone and cable), S.T.A.R. Programs, assistance with self administered medication. (S.A.M.M.) and up to 45 minutes daily of personal care. Apartment rates quoted reflect unit style starting price.

Studio Starting:  $4,800.00
One Bedroom Starting:  $5,200.00
Two Bedroom Starting:  $6,100.00

One-Time Community Fee:
$2,500.00

Second Person Fee:
$1,800.00 per month
